Should be paying by way of cheque, it must understood that the same is not tantamount to payment unless encashed;

In the event that at the expiry of the Validity Period, You have not fully utilized the services you paid for, you shall not be entitled to any partial refund thereof;

If you desire to paid for another service after the expiry of the earlier one, you may not apply any part of your previous payment to the newly purchased services.;

Our services should be paid either through the Site, or through our authorized sales agent;

If your manner of payment fails to deliver or you defaulted in in any manner whatsoever, we will reserve the right to pursue the balance through methods we deem appropriate;

If you have an outstanding balance which you refuse to pay despite demand, we may resort to suspension or withdrawal of our services pending settlement;

We may also resort to set-off or mutual compensation should both of us be creditors and debtors of each other.

Any breach of the herein terms and conditions herein shall entitle us to do any of the following:
